Enjoy Rome is a small Roman operator with a big footprint on one product: the Villa d'Este and Hadrian's Villa Tivoli day tour that is the most-reviewed Tivoli product in our GetYourGuide catalogue. It suits travellers who want both Tivoli villas in a single guided day without working out the Cotral bus and the local bus to Villa Adriana, and it is priced at the low end of the market: €65 per person on the platform, €75 direct.
What Enjoy Rome actually is
The company page tells a specific story: the Martella family arrived in Rome in the 1930s as road builders, and in 1992 opened Enjoy Rome in Via Marghera, by Termini, as a tourist office and tour operator. It later moved to Via Cavour and now works from two bases near the Vatican, in Via Vespasiano and Via Germanico. The legal entity is Enjoy Rome di Marghera 8a Srl (VAT number on the site), and the same family runs two hotels in the city. The office at Via Vespasiano 46B is open Monday to Saturday, 07:30–16:30, which is unusual: most Rome operators are online-only.
Two things to know about its catalogue. First, it operates its own coach days (Tivoli, Pompeii shuttle) with staff who meet you at the departure point. Second, its site also lists products whose titles are word-for-word those of GetYourGuide listings run by other companies, at a higher price than the platform. Enjoy Rome is therefore both an operator and a reseller, and the difference matters when something goes wrong.

Direct prices are from enjoyrome.com when we checked; platform prices are from our live feed and checked regularly. Direct bookings are made on the site's own cart, which also offers a 10% discount for two or more tours. On GetYourGuide the Tivoli day appears with Enjoy Rome as the activity provider, which we confirmed on an archived copy of the listing when the live page would not render for us.

The practical detail
Tivoli meeting point. The product page says the exit of Castro Pretorio metro (Line B), with a representative holding an Enjoy Rome flag; the exact point is on your voucher. The listing describes a 40-minute coach ride to Villa Adriana first, with Villa d'Este and free time in Tivoli for lunch making up the rest of the seven hours. Included: coach, both admissions, guide, headsets. Not included: lunch, pickup, tips. Pets and large bags are not allowed, and the tour is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Pompeii shuttle. Departure 07:30 from Via Cavour 224 (Metro B Cavour), check-in 25 minutes early, a 50-seat coach, Pompeii from 11:00 to 15:30, back in Rome in the evening. The site ticket is not included in the €60 fare; the guided upgrade adds a two-hour tour with priority entry and needs a group of ten. Both versions were marked sold out on the site when we checked, so treat the GetYourGuide shuttle options as the live alternative, or see the Pompeii day trip page for the coach and train formats.
Cancellation. The Pompeii shuttle page gives a full refund for cancellations at least 24 hours before the start. The Tivoli page did not show a policy line when we checked; ask before paying direct, or book on the platform where the window is printed at checkout.
Languages. The site runs in English, Italian, French, German, Spanish and Chinese; the Tivoli listing and its reviews are in English, and each product page has a spoken-language line to check.

Enjoy Rome vs the platform vs the Cotral bus
On the Tivoli day the platform is simply cheaper: €65 against €75 for the same title, plus the platform's cancellation terms. Book direct only if you want the lunch version or need to speak to the office. On the transfer-plus-tickets product, the direct price was €100 where the identically named GetYourGuide listing was €60 and named a different provider, so check who is actually running your bus before paying a reseller margin.
Doing Tivoli on your own with Cotral from Ponte Mammolo costs a fraction of any tour, but reaching Villa Adriana means a second bus and a walk, and the villas' ticket rules and closing days need checking on the official sites. The coach day is the answer if you want both villas guided and no logistics.
Verdict
A real, long-established Roman operator with an office you can walk into, running a good-value Tivoli day that is cheaper on GetYourGuide than direct. Its Pompeii shuttle is a useful transport-only format when it is on sale. Check each listing for who the provider is, and compare it with City Wonders, Green Line Tours and the other coach operators on our operators hub.
